Have you accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of your life?
Have you been baptized?
Do you agree to attend Harvest Church services and programs faithfully?
Do you agree to act in love towards other attenders, refuse to gossip and spread discord, participate in connection groups, and warmly welcome those who visit?
Do you agree to give financially to support God’s work here at the church?
Do you agree to support, encourage and follow leadership; live a godly life; and invite others to attend Harvest Church?
Do you agree to use your gifts and talents to serve in a ministry at Harvest Church?
